We both are just foolish about her. She was 9 months old yesterday, as
you well know - I do her heartworm/flea medication on her shoulder blades on
her birthday so I will remember it. She weighs 14 lbs. She's
outgrowing a lot of the puppy "challenges" and is becoming more of a regular
dog. She's still bad about chewing, but is getting better. I will
have to admit there were times when she was brand new that I thought we'd
bitten off more than we could chew with a new puppy, but now I'm glad we've
had her since the beginning and can remember all the changes she's gone
through. She has a darling personality and does the funniest
things. At the same time, she is very nervous and timid around other
people and dogs -- but friendly. I am hoping she'll get more confident
as she gets older - but if she doesn't that's ok too. 99% of the time it
